An integral doula accompaniment through the body

I meet you where you are — in the places of your story that still feel unfinished, in the tension your body holds, and in the quiet longing to feel at home in yourself.

My work brings together the presence of a doula and the intelligence of conscious movement. We listen to what your body already knows, and we move from there. Not only to heal birth stories or reclaim the feminine, but to remember the wisdom that already lives in you.

This is not about fixing or forcing. It is about creating a soft, held space — online and live — where your nervous system can settle, your breath can deepen, and your body becomes an ally again.

I'm Jazmin — doula, yoga teacher and postpartum rehabilitation specialist

I accompany women through the different seasons of their lives

7 years accompanying women through their processes

Life brought me to this path through my own longing — to heal my feminine, my lineage, and my being as a woman. To befriend my cycle, and to bring my womb to its highest creative potential, as peacefully as possible, for the moment of conception. Part of this process was also the desire to meet a partner with whom to create life together, and to expand our shared potential.

This work was born from that desire. Today I live in Switzerland with my partner, building our family step by step — a slow process, at times difficult, but full of love. We are growing as a couple and as individuals, and tending, with care, the ground from which we will one day become parents. From that lived place, I now walk with other women.

I trained as a doula at Tierra de Ancestras (Argentina), in yoga at ABY Argentina, and as a personal trainer at ENADE Argentina, with a focus on postpartum and post-surgical rehabilitation.

I am based in Langnau im Emmental, in the canton of Bern. I work online with women anywhere, and in person with women in the area — at my home or yours. Sessions are held in English or Spanish.

Doula accompaniment through every season — preconception, pregnancy and postpartum

This accompaniment is for women in every season of life — whether you are reconnecting with your cycle, preparing to conceive (alone or with a partner), pregnant, giving birth, or walking through the postpartum. The work is always one-to-one and exclusive. You receive movement classes at the rhythm that fits you — once, twice, three times a week, or Monday to Thursday — tailored to your body and your path, together with doula sessions along the way. Everything is held through the body, with gentleness.

Cyclical & lunar living

Reconnect with your cycle and learn to love it. Honour yourself as lunar and cyclical — not solar. Living in tune with your cycle brings more peace and less stress, because this is your true nature. Through movement and body awareness we remember the wisdom of your phases, so that your rhythm becomes a source of self-love rather than something to override or ignore. As that connection grows, so does the way you inhabit your body — including your pleasure and your sexuality, which are part of the same aliveness.

Preconception

Whether you walk this path alone or with a partner, we create space to prepare the body and the heart. The work is not only physical: in our sessions we also talk, I inform and guide you through the places where things still weigh, where healing is needed, and where new understanding can open. So that conception, if it comes, can arise from grounded connection with yourself.

Pregnancy, birth & birth stories

Your body already holds all the information about how to move through pregnancy and birth. It knows. We only need to remember, relearn, and dare to be wild — so that the wisdom that lives in every woman can simply be born. We also tend the healing of birth stories, listening to what the tissues still carry and supporting you with presence and dignity. Throughout pregnancy we also train with care — strengthening the pelvic floor and preventing diastasis from worsening — so that your postpartum recovery is easier and gentler.

Postpartum (puerperium)

The sacred window after birth. A time to be held while you hold. Through gentle movement, rest and presence we support the body as it recovers, the heart as it opens, and the slow return to yourself — so that the postpartum can be a place of nourishment rather than depletion. This is also where my rehabilitation work lives: abdominal diastasis, hernias, pelvic floor weakness (urinary leakage or prolapse are the most common), lower back pain and postural weakness — as well as recovery after surgery, including caesarean, prolapse, knee, hip and spine.

How the doula accompaniment unfolds

The work is always 1:1, exclusive and integral — online and live, or in person if you are near Langnau im Emmental, with times we agree together. There is no fixed protocol — only a living process that respects your rhythm and your body’s wisdom. You receive movement classes at the rhythm you choose — from once a week up to Monday through Thursday — plus doula sessions throughout your container.

A first conversation

We begin by listening. You share what is alive in you — the questions, the fatigue, the desire to feel differently in your body. This first meeting is free and lasts 45 minutes: a gentle space to get to know each other. I share how I work, you share what you need and are looking for, and together we sense whether a shared path feels right and begin to shape how we might walk it.

02

Movement & doula sessions, at your pace

You are accompanied with conscious movement classes of 60 to 90 minutes — online, live, and at times we agree together — from once a week up to Monday through Thursday, depending on the rhythm you choose. Alongside this, we meet for deeper 90-minute doula sessions throughout your 8-week container — two full cycles: guidance and dialogue that open what has not yet been seen, the release of what weighs, and the quiet integration of body and story.

03

Integration & continuity

Because there is no fixed protocol, the process keeps evolving with you. The accompaniment lasts as long as it feels right for you — and as long as I genuinely feel I can continue to support you. Together we find simple, sustainable practices so the work continues to live in your daily movements, rest, and relationships.

Stories from women I have walked with

“

I was pregnant with my first child and badly needed to train and strengthen my body. I chose her because I understood that she had real training and experience with pregnant women.

She is deeply loving, and she makes room for you. She has the training to guide you with an understanding of where you are in your pregnancy and of what a mother needs. And because she also works in rehabilitation, it is very unlikely that the work will hurt you — and if something does happen, she has the tools.

I felt good physically, and able to move, in spite of the belly and the weight. To a woman who is hesitating I would say it is pure gain — worth it for the space itself, and because she is so loving.

Dana, 43 · Argentinian in Berlin · first pregnancy
“

I started four months after becoming a mother, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was a space of my own, one that fitted around my time, with exercises shaped to my particular situation and to the strength I actually had. There were even days when I had to bring my baby with me — and I still could.

After a year of training my diastasis had closed, and by the second year I had the best abdominal strength and the best control of my core — and of my whole body — that I have ever had. I am so grateful to Jazmin for helping me get there. Thank you, Jaz!

I was training at another gym when Jaz came in to cover for the teacher. From the first moment I felt looked after: someone who corrected my posture and brought such a sense of safety and warmth to the way she works. I decided to train with her.

I was entering menopause, and despite everything that brings, it became the stage of my life when I felt physically stronger than I ever had — and I looked wonderful too. I had my doubts about whether strength training was right for me, but the work was gradual, enjoyable and good for me. When Jaz travelled, I carried on by myself with online classes. The year and a half we had shared had shown me that I could, thanks to everything I learned under her guidance.

If you are hesitating, give her — and yourself — the chance: yoga, hypopressives, strength. I recommend it because I have been through all of it myself.

She came into my life after the pandemic, at the end of so much confinement and loneliness. I came to her at 72, my body stiff and my soul sad. I decided to begin because I needed to move and to recover muscle and strength. I was afraid — my back hurt, my knees hurt, and I had lost my balance.

The classes were wonderful. They nourished my soul, through Jazmin's great skill and her empathy. She did not only teach me and help me move — she healed my spirit, with her embraces and with the way she listened, in conversations that went far beyond the physical.

My body began to respond to movement. And after going through major surgery I came back and found myself renewed once again, thanks to her professionalism, her patience and her affection.

Three months of postpartum rehabilitation

An abdominal diastasis after two pregnancies, worked with hypopressives over three months of two classes a week.

Abdominal wall in profile at the beginning of the rehabilitation work
At the beginning
Abdominal wall in profile after three months of hypopressive rehabilitation
After three months

In the first photograph we can see an abdominal diastasis together with a general weakness of the core. In the second, the diastasis is on its way back into place, and the core has grown stronger around it.

She had been told that surgery was the only way. She chose to try another path first — to rehabilitate the abdominal wall through movement — and this is where three months of that work took her.

What we are rebuilding here is function: the support of the deep core, the pelvic floor, the lower back, the way you stand and breathe. The change you can see in the belly follows from that work rather than being the point of it.

Shared with permission. Every body recovers in its own time, and what is possible in three months differs from woman to woman. This work accompanies medical care rather than replacing it — some diastasis does need surgical repair.

Frequently asked questions

What if I can't make a live class one day?

We reschedule together, as long as you let me know at least 24 hours in advance. There is no penalty — just clear communication so we can find another time that works.

Do I need previous experience, or to be fit or flexible?

No. We start from wherever you are, in whatever state you are in. I have worked with women taking their very first steps into movement and with women who arrive after years of training — the practice is always adapted to you.

What do I need for the online classes?

A phone or computer with a camera, a yoga mat, a blanket, and whatever else makes you feel comfortable in your space. Nothing more.

Is it safe if I'm pregnant, had a caesarean, or have diastasis?

Yes — this is at the heart of my work. As a postpartum rehabilitation specialist I work with diastasis, hernias, pelvic floor weakness, urinary leakage, prolapse, lower back pain and recovery after surgery. During pregnancy we train so that these conditions don't worsen and your recovery afterwards is easier.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, for women in and around Langnau im Emmental — at my home or yours. There is no studio nearby for now; that is a project for the future. Everything else happens online, live.

Will you be at my birth?

We talk this through together. If you live in the area, yes, I will be there. If you are in another country, we coordinate it and I can travel when my stay for those days is covered.

What if I need a break during The Whole Pregnancy?

Over eight months, life happens — first-trimester nausea, travel, illness, or simply a week when your body asks for rest. Classes cancelled with 24 hours' notice are rescheduled within the same month. If you need a longer pause, the accompaniment simply extends by the same time, up to four weeks in total. Anything beyond that we talk through together, always with care.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Spanish. If you live in Switzerland and want to be accompanied in your own language, we can work in either. My German is still basic, so I can't yet offer accompaniment in German — but it is coming.

What platform do we use for sessions?

Everything happens over Zoom. You'll get a simple, recurring link once we begin, so it's the same space every time.

Can I pause the accompaniment?

Yes. We talk it through together and agree on how to continue afterward, so the pause is held with care rather than left open and uncertain.

What happens after my first 8 weeks?

There is no obligation to continue. If the work feels right, we begin a new 8-week container together — at the same rhythm or a different one. If not, we simply close that container with care.

Is this only for pregnancy and birth?

Not at all. Any woman — including those who don't want to become mothers — is welcome here, working with reconnecting to her cycle, her feminine, and the wisdom of being a woman. This accompaniment holds every season: your cycle, preconception (with or without a partner), pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.

How does payment work?

Payment is upfront, at the start of each 8-week container. The Whole Pregnancy accompaniment can also be paid in 8 monthly instalments.
